What kind of waist belt would make my waist look smallest?

I have a small waist already - 24/5 inches, and I want that burlesque waist look, I'll be wearing a short prom dress for the occasion.

Rhinestone Hair

Hi,

Looking for hair barettes/clips I can wear to work, so generally metal or metal with maybe some rhinestones but not cheesy looking. Intricate designs are nice. I like to have my hair half up half down, so kinda like a french barette that is pretty straight and clips together. Any places online that have a good selection?
