Is it OK for guys to wear womens belts?

I have found that womens belts are much more stylish and I prefer most womens belts over mens. Not talking about overtly feminine belts.

I don't see any problem with it. There are many styles that are interchangeable and can add a real flair to your wardrobe. No one will know it came from the women's belt selection but you.
